Yep, that’s it. Cut up the apples. Cover with water. Add about 1 drop of doTERRA On Guard essential oil per two large or three small apples and viola. Tasty & healthy treat. Note: Don’t automatically grab any ole bottle of essential oil. At a class about a week ago, I inadvertently grabbed geranium and put in a few drops. Had to throw out the entire bowel of apples. Go for On Guard – not geranium.
